About Teen Republic
Teen Republic is a youth-focused initiative powered by Republic Africa, dedicated to equipping teenagers across the continent with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead their generation. At the heart of the movement is the flagship annual event – the Teen Empowerment Conference.
Held in cities across Africa, the conference unites students, young innovators, educators, speakers, and role models to discuss leadership, mental health, entrepreneurship, social media, activism, and creativity. It is a safe, vibrant space for teens to find their voice, build community, and ignite real change.
